Stage pour jeunes critiques à Varna (Bulgarie), 5-10 juin 2013 – INVITATION
L’AICT a le plaisir d’annoncer un stage pour jeunes critiques de théâtre qui se tiendra du 5 juin (arrivée) au 10 juin 2013 (départ) au festival international de Varna en Bulgarie, grâce à l’accueil et au soutien des organisateurs du Festival. Les candidats peuvent d’ores et déjà postuler pour participer à l’un des deux groupes de travail: en langue anglaise ou en langue française.
Les candidats doivent impérativement être professionnels et âgés de 18 à 35 ans. Les candidats doivent remplir le formulaire (site Web <aict-iatc.org>), accompagné dans le même document (PDF) d’un CV (1 page max), 2 ou 3 articles publiés dans des publications professionnelles, lettre de recommandation du responsable section AICT-IATC leur pays.
1) Le formulaire doit être rempli par le (la) candidat (e), et non par les responsables des sections nationales.
2) Le (la) candidat (e) doit avoir une bonne connaissance d’au moins une des deux langues de travail (anglais-français). Nous ferons en sorte que ses vœux de participation pour l’un des deux groupes soient respectés, mais indiquez tout de même votre deuxième choix (au cas où l’un des groupes serait déjà complet).
Les participants sont pris en charge pour l’hébergement, les repas, les billets pour les spectacles, le transport de l’aéroport deVarna. Ils auront à leur charge le transport pour arriver de leurs pays à l’aéroport deVarna.
NB: les participants de même sexe pourraient devoir être en chambre partagée. Nous essaierons de satisfaire ceux qui préféreraient avoir une chambre simple, mais ils pourraient devoir acquitter un supplément.
Les groupes de travail seront dirigés par Jean-Pierre Han (France), vice-président de l’AICT, directeur des stages pour jeunes critiques pour le groupe francophone, et par Mark Brown (Écosse, Grande Bretagne), membre du comité exécutif de l’AICT et directeur adjoint des stages pour jeunes critiques, pour le groupe anglophone.
Les candidatures doivent être envoyées avant le 21 avril 2013, et être adressées au Directeur des stages pour jeunes critiques, Jean-Pierre Han : jp.han@free.fr . La liste des candidats retenus sera annoncée dès que possible afin que les participants puissent faire le nécessaire pour leurs billets d’avion et leurs visas pour la Bulgarie.
Seminar for young critics in Varna, Bulgaria, 5-10.6.2013 – INVITATION
The IATC is pleased to announce that a seminar for young theatre critics will take place during the International Theatre Festival inVarna,Bulgariafrom June 5 to 10, 2013. Applications are now open for two seminar groups (one French-speaking and one English-speaking). To apply, you must be a professional critic and aged between 18 and 35. All candidates are invited to send, as soon as possible, their registration form (see Web <aict-iatc.org>) with a brief CV (just one page, please), two or three examples of their work (i.e. critical articles published in professional media), and a letter of recommendation from the person in charge of the IATC section in their country (if your country is an IATC member). All these documents should be sent in a single PDF file if possible. Please make sure of the following:
1) The registration form must be sent by the candidate, not by the IATC section officers.
2) The candidate must have a good proficiency in 1 of the 2 working languages (please indicate clearly whether you wish to be considered for the Francophone or Anglophone group).
Participants in the seminar will be provided with accommodation, meals, theatre tickets, and, for participants travelling by plane, transportation to and from the airport. Participants are required to meet the cost of their travel toVarna. Please note that participants may be required to share a hotel room with another participant of the same sex.
The date of arrival for the seminar is June 5, departure is June 10. Participants who require accommodation inVarnabeyond the 5 nights offered can arrange with the Festival to have additional nights at a special rate.
The working groups will be monitored by experienced theatre critics Jean-Pierre Han (France) and Mark Brown (Scotland,UK), both of whom are members of the IATC executive.

A final list of all selected participants will be announced as soon as possible, in order to allow participants to prepare for their trip and obtain any necessary visa forBulgaria.
